- 2. All products listed are subject to availability. In case a product is unavailable after
placing the order, the customer will be informed and can choose refund or replacement.
- 3. Product dimensions, textures, fabric patterns, and wood grains may vary slightly due to
natural and manufacturing conditions.
- 4. Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of basic taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
Delivery and installation charges may apply depending on location and product type.
- 5. Any unauthorized use of website content, including images, text, product descriptions, or
branding, is prohibited.
- 6. Custom orders (made based on selected fabric, polish finish, size, or design changes)
cannot be canceled once confirmed.
- 7. Mahakali holds the right to cancel orders caused by errors in pricing, stock updates, or
misuse of discount codes.
- 8. Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct delivery details. Any delay
or failure due to incorrect address will not be the company’s responsibility.
- 9. Use of our products must be in accordance with the instructions provided. Warranty will
not cover damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or intentional damage.
- 10. Colors of products displayed on the website may vary slightly due to lighting, screen resolution, or device settings. These variations will not be considered as defects or valid reasons for return.
- 11. Delivery timelines mentioned are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to logistics issues, weather conditions, transportation delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- 12. Any visible damage to the product or packaging must be reported at the time of delivery with photos/video. Complaints raised after the delivery personnel leave may not be accepted.
- 13. If the customer refuses delivery without valid reason, any delivery charges, return charges, or re-delivery charges must be borne by the customer.
- 14. Assembly/installation services (where applicable) must be scheduled as per availability of service partners. Delays due to service partner schedules do not qualify for refunds.
- 15. Offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned by the company.
- 16. Mahakali reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
- 17. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all policies including Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy.
