Delivery & Installation Policy

- 1. Delivery is available from Suratkal to Sirsi and surrounding areas.
- 2. Delivery timelines:
- • In-stock products: 3–10 days
- • Custom-made / manufactured products: 15–35 days
- 3. The customer will be informed of the estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
- 4. Free delivery may be offered on selected products or minimum order values.
Otherwise, delivery charges will apply.
- 5. Installation assistance will be provided for products that require assembling.
- 6. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the following before placing an order:
- • Door size
- • Lift availability
- • Staircase width
- 7. If the delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
- 8. Delivery timelines may vary due to traffic, weather, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
- 9. Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery. Any damages must be reported immediately with photos or videos.
- 10. For multi-floor deliveries without lift access, additional manpower or handling charges may apply.
